Rabbi Simcha Baer is a musmach of Yeshivas Ner Israel. He currently practices accounting and gives shiurim in Baltimore.

Personal Note: Rabbi Baer was one of the catalysts for this website. It was Shavuos and I was davining in a small shul. We were privileged to hear Rabbi Baer speak between mincha and mariv. I got to thinking, “Why should only this small group of people hear this Torah? It is for everyone.”
